Forgot the name but its puppy palace or puppy place/city in downtown brooklyn has a batch of teacup yorkies. 800+ or so for a male, a bit more for females. Its alot for puppies without a noted history or papers but the closest your gonna get to good teacups that have a good chance of not suffering from health problems due to wierd mating patterns or inbreeding.

Drcooper is right though and the adoption centers should be the first places you look. Ive heard alot of great stories of adoptions doing well at homes and if you spend the time looking you can find a really good puppy. But there are waiting lists for wanted popular puppy breeds, yorkies/teacup poodles especially. Plus alot of these dogs don't come from happy homes and there are alot that are impossible to train or can turn your life upsidedown because of psychological issues.
