I can understand conservationally guided regs. I know those are also controversial but I am not well enough versed in the science to really form an informed opinion. This however is just another tax, and on something that has traditionally been free ( and still is in most states ).

The scientists determining the species populations aren't well versed in science either. One of the methods used to determine the population is cold calling. We all know how accurate that can be:irked: These same scientists listed spiny dogfish as being endangered when they are in FACT in plague proportions according to thousands of fisherman testify.
