So far, everyone that I have met on the boards is alot older than me like between 18-30. So now I'm wondering, who's the youngest reefer out there? I'm only 14.

well id almost say my daughter, even though i do the work she has a 12g ap seahorse tank that she does help with the chores and does feed herself

I started FW when I was a bit younger than you are now. Those were the days that SW was just about illegal.
I was also wondering how you got into reef keeping . also who is the oldest member ?Sigh.

how does a 14 year old afford this hobby?,i wish i would have had this hobby when i was 14 i would have gotten in a lot less trouble :sgrin:

I got into the hobby because my neighbor had a SW tank, but I decided to start with a freshwater tank and then after a few months I got a SW tank. My parents pay for most of the equipment, but I try to pay for it myself.
