Fighting NY Tickets: Worth it? Need your opinions!

Ticket #1 would require a letter and a copy of the receipt. Should be dismissed.

Ticket #2 would only get a reduction if you get the car inspected within 24 hours.

I've gotten those tickets before. I've tried in court or by mail. Though I only got the reduction on ticket #2 when I showed up in court, not by mail.

To follow up on this tread.

Ticket #1 first was reduced in fine. I decided to challenge it again and it was dismissed because I showed the paid parking slip.

Ticket #2 - I paid for it because I didn't think I had a way of winning this one.
