their service suckin big time n their customer services are worst

can i get a shout out from people in flushing/forest hills/rego park with time warner cable roadrunner internet? i'm still out.

Must be just you guys.They usaully announce service problems over the phone.I'm in Astoria,,no problems.

change it to RCN...been using it for years and rarely have to call them...
they recently changed over to digital and now requires a cable box...
but internet is great
