HELP need directions

i finally got a job after 1 month.i need to know if anyone knows how i can get from long island near southern state to goathals street in queens near parsons blvd.my delegate just called and mapquest is not letting me go to that area without an address.

It is 1 block south of Union Turnpike and 1 block north of the Grand Central, a few blocks east of Main Street..give me a minute...

Southern State to the Cross Island to the Grand Central. (yeah doing it this way takes you further north on the Cross Island but it beats the heck out of driving down Jamaica Ave that has a surface like the moon...)
Get off the GCP at exit 17 and stay on the serivce road of the Grand Central until you get to Parsons Blvd (about 3/4 of a mile). Make a right onto Parsons..Goethals is just straight up the block (and crosses Parsons)
