Come on guys, stop beating up on us wifes. You husbands can be bears as well. In my house I'm the one that wanted to drill into the floor to take the sump into the basement. Hubby almost had a heart attack, then I suggested that I could go through the wall instead since it would be easier to patch if we decided to sell. Guess what? I was met with resistance with that as well. Yet when the sump had flooded I get the look.....LOL

Mikey just get a 1 year lease. You can renew it as much as you want and the early termination penalty is very minimal :lol2:
