regardless of his past, I have deep respect for this guy. He broke social barriers and norms and he made it because he was just that damn good.

You are right with a couple of points. My family and I never acoomplished being pedophiles like he is and we have never accomplished hanging any of our children off of a porch. Damn, he was so much of a better person than I though.

I like his music but not loving it so much to defend for him.

But I was surprised by how many of us have COMPLETE DISTRUST of our very own justice system(including the jury system.) Instead, many of us like to think, feel, claim, direct our thoughts along with the media. I had followed Jackson's court cases and NONE proof any wrong doings. Unlike another famous celebrity, he got away from one court case due to technical issues of the law but did not get away in the civil court. On June 13, 2005 the jury of Superior Court of the State of California found Michael Jackson not guilty of all counts. I feel confident that the jury must be just like us-men in the street. But, unlike us, they have the chance to listen to REAL evidence(not media) in first person to make a fair judgement.

Oj was found guilty in the second civil court! He got away in the first criminal court due to technical issues in the law processing of his evidence. After the first criminal court case 1995, handling of evidence, to make sure they would not be thrown out of court, have improved greatly in CA over the years leading to the Jackson's case.

I believe OJ did it and the later court found the same inline with my belief-I mentioned belief as I did not see the evidence presented first hand either.

Civil court cannot put him in jail so no media talks about it and thus you may not have heard it.

Penalty includes monetery and death form. What's fair for wrongful death-money for death, prision for death, death for death, beheading for murder? I am not sure.

Fair punishment is another topic but at least we know our justice system has ways to, at least, find out the truth and stood by the truth.

Also, looks like OJ's money cannot buy him freedom to his latest criminal charges of another unrelated case.

I'm not going to argue whether he was guilty or not. The fact of the matter is he owned a large piece of property which he basically turned into kiddy flypaper, remained solo his entire life preffering to surround himself with children.... Now, I ask you, would you let your children hang out at Neverland Ranch with the king of pop without you present? If you can honestly answer that with a yes than by all means mourn his death.

On the bright side though, the beatles entire collection might be bought by someone that will share it rather than horde it to themselves.

I am not saying that he was right for being involved with what it was, but you guys need to stop acting like you werent trying to copy his moves, and sing his songs. "Who's Bad video". Thats the Michael I remember and grew up on, the one who originated the poping and locking that goes on today, not to mention all of the artist who copy his style today.

I can understand that, but he was a great artist, and paved the way for most artists now is all im saying. Everyone downs him for being involved with children, but forget who he WAS, and how they USED TO follow him. The moon walk has nothing to do with touching little children, but Im sure you were one of the people who were tyring to perfect it..lol, or maybe not, but either way he is remembered by more than just what your are referring to. Come on guys you don't have to mourn his death but you also don't have to degrade the man he went through that when he was alive you need to remember he has famIly and aint no body perfect! Mama always said "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say nothing at all"!!!!!! My condolences to the Mc Mahon, Fawcett And the Jackson family! R.I.P
