In need of an electrician...

Hi guys/gals, are there any electricians here willing to help me out please?
I have been trying to get my A/C installed, but have not been able to get anyone out to run the wires to my breaker box.
I have all of the supplies required, but I am to afraid of the breaker box to do it myself. I've been waiting since last year for my friend to have the time to come out to do the job.;(
This week is going to get very hot once again, and I do not want to loose my animals.
