Need a Lawyer

It's nothing bad lol, I've been looking for a lawyer local to long island or city area that knows about not-for-profits. I haven't been able to find anyone within driving distance. I just have a few questions I need answered before continuing down this road. Any help or a point in the right direction to someone who does know would be greatly appreciated.

just a thought, perhaps you can contact non-profits in the area and ask them for recommendations on an attorney?

already tried a few waiting to hear back. I have been reading up just need a professional at this point.

We just used one for some business (related to being a non-profit) with the Nassau County Aquarium Society..he was slow but local and effective. I'll get his name tomorrow and send it to you.

Still looking. Just need the incorporation paperwork done. All the lawyers I know aren't familiar with the work but with 75% of the worlds lawyer population living in the U.S. someone has to know someone who can do it.
