damn, that sucks - I saw this last eve too and thought for sure this guy was on borrowed time - his health was a train wreck out of control.

For sure the Cornelia Marie will be different if even in the show this coming season. Looks like the focus will be on the Hansen brothers.

Gonna Miss Phil. I heard about it yesterday and was surprized. he was a fighter right up to the end. My condolances go out to his sons and the rest of the crew. He will be missed! I wonder myself is the boat will still with the DSC after this season.

Sorry about Phil he never changed his life style after his blood clot last year that almost killed him. Hopefully his kids will stop smoking and living on caffeine.
