Another 5 tries calling and 3 emails with no answer calling my CC company in the morning to reverse the charges.

I know it sucks waiting and not knowing, but at least give it until tomorrow afternoon. It is a holiday weekend. Hopefully it turns out that they didn't ship because of the pending three day weekend and perhaps they were closed for the long weekend. I know anyone who tried calling me after 3:00pm Friday got my voicemail.

If nothing after tomorrow then definitely call your CC and begin the reverse process.

Problem is it was ordered last Tuesday I received email confirmation of order and was told overnight shipping Thursday for Friday delivery. I can understand if it was going to be delayed for various reasons but at least shoot an email to your customers and let them know. There was plenty of time prior to the holiday weekend to do it. I am going to make a few more calls tomorrow but if still no answers by noon i will have to go with the gut and call the CC company.

well i was home waiting all day for a package. it said it was "out for delivery" from maspeth. now they updated it at 8 pm saying "EMERGENCY CONDITIONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL "

now rescheduled for tommorow.. should i even wait for it?

Update

My package has shipped today after an email threatening a charge-back was sent. Funny how their excuse was that my emails where in their spam box and they received the one about me calling my cc company.

Any way my shipment will be here in the morning YAY
