How to pay year old NYC traffic ticket

Law was changed 5 years ago. It is called aggrivated unlicensed operator. First offense is auo 3rd. Auo 1st is a felony. Auo 3rd and 2nd are misdemeanors. I deal with this every day in westchester. Once again if you are caught driving with a suspended license it is a crime.

I must've gotten that ticket longer ago than I thought. Don't plan to do it again anyway; it just costs more.

Okay, whew. Went in yesterday and paid off the cell phone bill: 210. There is a poster saying that the bill as of July 2009 is $130 Wonder why the price drop.

The insurance one was a bit different. They said they could not reopen/do anything about it in house. I had to take the application and send it out certified mail with an original letter from my insurance company stating all of mine and my vehicles information for the date of the ticket. It wanted a letter instead of just a copy of the Insurance ID. Unfortunately, that'll probably take my insurance company a week to send to me.
Anyway, the clerk told me not to drive in NYC and never tried to take my license away (Though I had given it to her).

I also had to send in a copy of the vehicle registration in effect at the time.
