Need a licensed electrician!

Anyone here or know of a licensed electrician? I need to get motion-sensored floodlights installed ASAP. When i mean ASAP it means monday if thats possible.

let me know please, need this to have a peace of mind coming home at night.

Do you already have lighting outside or are you planning on running new lines for new fixtures? My cousin is an electrician i could see if he wants to shoot out there.
