restore your phone from last back up see if that helps all mines came back when i did that.

hmm interesting..will that delete other stuff though? or effect anything else negatively? It's not my phone I am doing detective work

Get the sim card reader you can get all the info from the biggining it's a little expensive bu it's worth it ill send you info tomorrow
