Kudos to AquaC, Inc.

So, in the process of setting up my latest tank I found an AquaC Remora Nano sitting in my closet. Unfortunately the o-ring had broken on the collection cup so I wrote to the company to find out where I could get a replacement. Following is the response (With his permission):

Hi Andrew,

Let me know what your address is and I will mail you a new o-ring on Monday.
If you have any other questions, I can help out.

I bought one from a reefer on MR missing the Oring. I was going to try Home Depot or Lowes but I contacted AquaC.

They sent one free in the mail without hesitation within days. I was up and running on my 40 breeder.
Now Im using their 120 on my 75, I like it.
