I dont remember seeing $18.99 frags at copiague location. I think they do $12.99 or 3 for 30 for the mainstream stuff.

Is this at all locations? Honestly the weekend kids at Setauket never seem to know anything about specials. Last week the kid told me all he's in charge of is removing dead fish from the tanks and couldn't be bothered to look up a price. I always miss out on the weekend sales because of the incompetent weekend staff in Setauket fish room. (weekday guy is aces, always goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered.)

I don't even bother going to setauket for sales anymore. They're never aware of them or won't honor them. Brady and the older guy are very helpful, other kids have an attitude.

I went to the store in Carle Place for the first time today. I picked up a Maxima, on the tank the price was $179 they did honor the $149 price and the guy i dealt with was very helpful. I also saw the tank with the sign for the frag special.

I apologize about any confusion at our Setauket location, this sale was meant for Carle Place only and did not include Setauket. I will make sure that in the future I speak with the employees directly about any sales we are running so there is no further confusion moving forward.
