No sump/fuge either anymore ...the back chambers are empty skimmer is shut off...just circulating water thru the live rocks

5 gal a week sometimes every 2 weeks ....
I went thru a period of 4 months without any water changes

Nice tank - I see some aptasia - you might want to treat before it gets out of hand. Also make sure that your rockwork is solid as the gobies can cause rockslides.

The aptasia comes n goes from time to time ...
Yes the rocks are pretty secure ..them engineer gobies can cause havoc
