I picked up an Elegance coral last night (after the wife was asleep :shhh: ). Here are a couple of pics from tonight.

Well, actually i picked it up around 7 and kept it with me in my car until 1:00AM. LOL

the short tentacles are a characteristic of a not so healthy specimen. hope it comes around.

The survial rate isn't good, this from a coral that was the first really sucessful kept coral in the late 80's to early 90's. Now they seem to do really well for a # of months and then for no reason just start to shrink and die.

They do open and grow pretty big and will sting other corals, so you need to be careful in placement.
