It does kinda look like a scribbled, now that you mention it! It is a different species, though. The Singapore is Chaetodontoplus mesoleucus sp., while the scribbled is Chaetodontoplus dubolayi.

Thanks! He's in my 125 system, but this guy is actually really small--maybe 2". Supposedly they're good filamentous algae eaters, and I've got a nice crop of hair algae (that thank god is confined to the back wall of the tank).
I think the singapore angels are dwarfs. If you like dwarf angels like that then you need to try and get your hands on a China Blue Line. They are very simular to the Annularis in color and pattern. http://www.themarinecenter.com/angelseptentrionalis.htm
