they have these for just about any digital camera made, they're mostly used for diving though, and usually run more than $1,000 8O

The olympus has much cheaper housings for their cameras as they kept the body shape of their line of cameras similar. I actaully had the C-4000z with the PT-10 housing, which cost me 190$ when it first came out. The problem with it was it didnt include a tray or arm for the strobe attachment so to add that you spend anouther 100$ For that price you can get a ikelite housing which is much better and comes with a tray and arm. Unforchanatly I am going to either get a G5 or a Nikon 5700 to replace my olympus so now I need a different housing. The housings for these cameras are more in the 500-700$ range from Ikelite.

For taking pictures underwater in an aquarium these arn't really practical. You can get shots just as good or better through the glass unless the tank is huge.

I bought the Olympus C-740 (no hotshoe means anti-strobe housing moot) because I simply couldn't afford the C-750, which, I hear, is one sweet camera. I'm still having trouble sorting my shutter speed issues with indoor shots done sans flash. :| Maybe I'll get it someday.
