I'm not sure why the tang's colour stands out so much.... :)

Actually, I've moved it recently because of it's height. The rock that it's attached to is smaller than the width of the stalk. The position that it's presently taking is because it's flopping over from it's topheavy weight.

It's a beautiful coral. And that fish looks so irradescent to the point that it looks photoshopped. You are lucky to have it.

Thanks....and I agree with you about the colour, but there indeed was no photoshopping of the tang. Both of my blue tangs are the only fish that show up like that when I take pics with my Nikon Coolpix 995, set on auto.

FWIW, here's a pic of the same sarcophyton 13 months ago, when I first got it. (sitting in a corner of my 180g sump, so you'll have to excuse the dirty glass)
