I would highly recommend you shrink them using photoshop or like program to no more than 800 pixels in the large direction. That will make them viewable by more people (since it takes so long for those not on broadband at that size).
I uploaded them to photobucket and it resizes them to 256K... they are Much Much bigger in reality. I'll resize the next batch even more. I took them with a Nikon CoolPix 2300, macro mode for most.
