just had a quick look - not sure what the file size limit for this site is, but I'd say you'll need to compress the images to post them here. I think you need to get them down to less than 150kb. The more compression you add, the smaller the file (not the size of the image though), and the less the quality. I think the ideal dimensions for sites like this are up to 800x600.
