I think this is a green carpet anemone - not sure. They are pretty unusual I believe...

I dont think they are very uncommon but are not easy to care for. Mine is no longer with me.

Nah, chances of getting one in the UK are pretty close to zero I believe. Add to that the fact that it would probably cost a 4 figure sum...... no chance!

I think my best bet would be to try to get to the Island itself and see them in the wild - thats my lifes ambition anyway :lol:

I've seen shots of them in tanks though... apparently they are quite hardy members of the Holacanthus group. Diet, space, tankmates are main concerns, behaviour is typical of the group IIRC.
