Since I feel it is only right to represent the cats, since the funny dogs thread was an obvious hit, I'd like to start with a picture of the loves of my life, my four blind cats.
Next are two pics of a baby bunny born on Easter that was very badly wounded by its mom. Sadly, he didn't make it, but I tried my best. There are a lot of losses with hand-raising...
And finally, pics of the kitten that I am bottlefeeding starting from when I got him at two days old until today, when he is 11 days old. A pic a day! Enjoy!

I have to say you are definately a good one! Doing what you can for all those animals. Taking in blind cats that usually cant find homes. They say it all comes back to you in the end and I'd say you have a lot of good coming your way!! Keep it up, good for you and beautiful cats by the way, as well as R.I.P. for the bunny.

We have a bottle baby too! Her names Godzilla,my gf works at a vet, there was like 7 kittens in a box somewhere 2 days old. Godzilla was covered in fleas and was very close to death. Steph used rubbing alcohol to kill the fleas and starting feeding her. 1 year later, shes a total princess but very intelligent, plays fetch with her catnip mice, and loves to hang out with our bearded dragon, Andy. Steph also rescued a pit litter from a kill shelter in Philly and we kept one, his names Oliver. Shes trying to be his friend, but Ollies a little too wild yet, and she does not hesitate to smack him haha.

These are all fosters that were adopted out by us. We get them at 3-10 days old, get them healthy, and then get 'em adopted.

My brother, who is an Operating Engineer, called me from the World Trade Center job sight in June 2008 to tell me that they moved a mat that one of the machines sat on, and the mother rat scurried away. He said that the guys wanted to kill the babies with a shovel, so he picked them up one by one, put them in an empty container and called me to tell me all of this. Next thing I know, I am syringe feeding six baby rats whose eyes were still closed. I have to say, very cool, clean little animals. Found homes for the four boys together, and the two girls together... Thank God for the internet. All have loving homes and I still get updated pics...

JimmyR1rider: Thanks for the compliments. It is a lot of hard work, and often time very draining and heartbreaking, but it's all good!
Jeff and Kate: Thanks for sharing the pics.. I recently put all of my "foster" files together and couldn't believe how many cats and kittens came through here. It's amazing that none of them ever stayed!

Starting with the oldest: Nimbus, is a Persian cat almost 3yo.
Second: Cleopatra,(all black cat) street cat we took about 2 days old and now she is about 1yo
the rest of kittens, Sahara (the one that looks like garfield), Diego (from Dora the explorer) tiger striped, Flaunder and Sebastian (little mermaid theme) the spotted ones.
