Moving clowns from 10g to 120g

I have them in a 10g right now and want to move them to my 120g which is now completely cycled. Do I need to acclimate them using drip method and a plastic bag? The tanks are the same temp and sg. I could even take a bucket of water from the main tank and drip into the 10g to acclimate them to the water (like a reverse acclimation) and then move them.

Ok, I did it. 2 days later they are doing just fine.

Also, I got a bunch of small hermits and snails today. Do I have to do anything special for the snails (make sure they are upright on the sand or place them on the glass) or will they figure it out?

Make sure the snails are upright on the sand/rocks. Some species cannot upright themselves and are promptly attacked/killed by hermits.
