Can you post a picture? It's very hard to tell if it's an infection, a bubble or air getting caught in the eye or the fish banging it's eyes and getting some thing like a black eye.
This seems to be a common problem with the Clarkii Clownfish, see it happen quite a lot.
From the picture it looks the fish must have gotten spooked and from the movement develop the popeye look. Do you see any small bubbles around or in the eye?
If you can, it would be best to move it to a QT tank or place it in your sump. Check you water and make sure the water quailty is good. Then give the fish a couple of days and see if the swelling starts to go down. A lot of time with good water quailty the popeye will go away. If not then you're probably going to need to treat with an antibiotic for bacterial infection.
crab is spoking him im sure im going to move crab and see if he getts better. i was reading this link and it says to keep him in the tank and dont move him.
Are there any other fish in the tank, if there are it's better to move it to a QT. You want to make sure the water quaility is good.
The only reason to leave it in the main tank is not to stress it out anymore, but if there are fish in the tank, that could bother it, then it would be best to move it.
