Welcome to MR. Good to see you ask questions BEFORE you buy anything.

In addition to the list above, you'll need some sort of filtration and something for water circulation.

A FO (fish only) tank doesn't necessarily need a protein skimmer. However, if you elect not to use a protein skimmer then you should use some sort of mechanical, chemical, biological filtration. An aquaclear filter (oversized IMO) would work.

You might also want to put a small powerhead in the tank for water movement.

Canister filter is fine. Just have to clean it regularly about every 2 weeks.

Fish only? Any light you want even a reg NO light would be fine, if you're thinkin of an anemone for those clowns you're gonna have to beef the lighting up.

FYI. Clowns are easy. Any lighting, fairly clean water, no special movement. Anemones are hard (and expensive- maintenance wise, not initial cost). You would need metal halide or strong (2X55W at least) PC lighting, pristine water conditions that often can't be maintained in 10 gallons; a skimmer pretty much becomes a must.
It's good to ask before you buy!
