Well 65g main tank + 20g sump and thing of connecting my nano with the 65g. So total water volume will be ~90g. 65g will be mainly sps and nano (15g) will be zoa's lps only

I am thinking of ASM g3 and Euro Reef RS 100 both rated for 250g. Which one will be better choice. Thanks.

Don't go by the ratings. The G3 uses a bigger pump then the RS100. The RS 135 is more comparable "performance wise" to the G3 but it has better build quality. It's probably around $30-$40 more than the ASM so you need to decide how important that is to you. Either one would be a fine choice for your tank. The RS 100 would work as well but I'd personally go with the bigger pump.
