Feather duster outbreak in sump

I have a ridiculous number of feather dusters in my sump and all over my pump and protein skimmer. Should i be concerned? Thinking of removing them all.

I would clean them off the pump. I would leave them on the walls and rocks.

Keep your pumps clean of them so the pumps can operate properly, but leave them on the walls. They are great filter feeders!!

You may have dirty water in that section, hence the massive population.

that's a great problem to have I guess. I'd remove from equipment but not from walls.
