I forgot about this thread! I am only adding tank or commercially cultured things to my tank. Does anyone have a comet that they want to sell me?

I've had a small blue linckia for like a year and a half and a much larger one for about 6 months now, here's a pic of both...

Unfortunately I currently have a harley in my 120...have a zoa eating star issue (need to get that thread up..thanks for reminding me!)..so the next linkia will have to go into the cube til the harley is done working in there..and then I'll pass him on to someone with a star issue...a pay it forward kinda thing :)
The harleys are amazing creatures though....

I always thought starfish were hardy. I have a little red one that came with my live rock for more then 6 months. Don't really know what it eats and how it survives. I assume it eats green alge.

My Orange Linckia is 6 1/2 months old. My tank is 6 1/2 months old. Put him in right after my tank cycled.
Slow dripped him for 4 hours.
Every now and then my wife brings home live muscles from the market and I crack one open and put it in my tank.
Within 30 minutes, sometimes sooner, the Lickia is right on top of it and sits on top of it for a good 24 hours before moving off of it.
I know they say linckias only eat film algae but apparently mine loves muscles!

Here's my Linckia Multiflora and then when it dropped a leg the 'comet' formed.

Had this one for about three years.
