ok, so since i had my nerite snail in my tank i've noticed these white shallow mounds all over my rockwork and occationally my glass. They are ALL over. And i can't find out what they are besides people saying they are snail eggs of some sort.

Now I was looking around the tank and noticed this little guy moving across my rockwork near my rics, doesn't look like a pyramid snail, but does look a little like a sundial from the pics i seen, although my zoa's and softies are doing more than perfect, unless he's too small yet to be eating them.

The shape of the shell doesn't look like a nerite although it has the pattern of one. He's teensy, and if he was born in my tank, i am sure i'll have a bunch on the way soon. And if he's bad thats not a good thing.

they are fine ,,,you should see about 1000 of them at night

Sundial snails are white with black makings ,these look like a off white with dark brown or tanish makings
