Hello Everyone, Looking for some advice. I was running a fowlr, but recently placed a ricordea, and some yellow polyps into my tank, and wonder what I should be adding to my tank to keep them healthy. I also have decent live rock with a moderate amount of coralline, looking to increase growth, etc.

I also a bunch of inverts, like snails, and blue legged hermits.

I've read calcium, Strontium & Molybdenum, and iodine. Good/ Bad, what else should I consider?

What the feeling on kent products, I saw a reef starter pack, that contained all three

Thanks, Mike

Before dosing any of those products, you should obtain test kits to verify their levels. Only at that time should dosing occur to bring them within normal parameters.

Testing

Got it. Alot of people on the site are big Salifert test kits, but i'm not sure if I can get them local. What companies produce good kits, and how about that kent stuff, any good, or unreliable? Thanks again

Update your profile to include your location, so we know what's "local" to you. For the supplements you mentioned, Salifert test kits will more than suffice.

If you're referring to Kent supplements, I've never experienced a problem with them.
