I also agree, get the biggest sump you can fit under your tank. I have a 65 gallon tank, and in order to fit everthing in the stand I built a custom sump to make maximum use of the space available.

I used the aryclic you hooked me up with to build my sump. It came out great. Once I have time to fix my home computer, I will post some pictures. The pictures are stuck on my hardrive and the computer will not boot up, so they are our of reach for the time being.

I have a 150 gallon rubermaid in the basement. I wasn't a big fan of under the tank sump unless necessary. water changes and all are alot easier on a cement floor then hardwood.
