How much flow does your anticipated livestock require? Compare your requirements with the published ratings of each Seio powerhead. That's the powerhead I'd recommend

Best thing for you is the tunze stream nano 6045 ,its almost the same price as the seio ,but better

it hard to get thou .im trying myself ,and put an order for a few pcs
