Ive had my tank up for about 9 months now. Its a 135 gallon wit the sump right underneath the tank. When I originally set it up...i plumbed the main pump outside the sump, underneath the tank. And the pump's output is split in two with a y-piece in order to return water to the main tank in two spots. Well...the pump is way too loud for me...and so I want to replace (and use flex tubing this time, not hard piping).
Anyone have advice on a good, QUIET pump for a 135 gallon tank. Again, i have the pump out of sump, and its only about 3 feet under the main tank, so thre shouldnt be a great loss in head pressure. Thanks!
