Skimmer advice

theres the nw 110, 150 and 200, their respective ratings are 110G, 150G and 200G.
Wattage i forget.
Mods: gate valve requires a pvc cutting tool, maybe some sand paper if the pvc doesn't fit the skimmer, and some pvc glue and primer.
The mesh mod requires some fishing line, a pair of scissors, and enkamat p4.

just got an aqua c remora pro with the mag pump for xmas... it is supposed to have a break in period for a few weeks... the thing is allready skimming like a champ! The craftsmanship is top notch!

What are those two mods for ( as in what do they do )?

Gate valve is to dial in the skimming, instead of using a riser tube.
Mesh mod is for chopping skim bubbles a lot more finely and pulling in more air.

hey remora owners, please help me alittle too.

i had a remora with mj1200. how much better would be to go with a mag 3 or 5? also would mag 3/5 fit in the back of an aquapod 24? thanks . sorry for hijacking a hijacking
