The tank is a 65 gal 80lbs of rock was cured when I got it. I added the 10lbs of Tonga branch and its kinda slimey and furry so I'm figuring that it's not cured. So far my levels haven't spiked. As far as fish I plan on adding a Percula clown, a Hippo Tang, a Royal Gramma, a Blennie, and a PJ cardinal. Then I want to focus on adding corals. he fish are for my son (Nemo), and wife.

Yeah I tried to get some of the slime off. Being that the 10lbs isn't cured. How much longer is it going to take the tank to cycle? Also I just ordered a 6 bulb t5 fixture. The tank footprint is 36x18x24. Is this light gonna be over kilf ort he tank. I don't really care for SPS corals. I have no desire to keep any of them.

Yeah it looks good and that spike should be going soon I would try and concentrate of saving up a lot of cash so you can leave the tank alone for a while then when comes time to add stuff you'd be ready to get everything you want

I appreiciate the questions and the help from everyone on this board. I bought a Finnex light system. Comes with 2 blue actinic, 4 10,000k sunlight, 3 lunar and 3 ballasts and seperate switches for the 3 sets of lights.

What do you mean final set up... it's not final until you tear it down! Stick with it for 6 months and you'll be looking to make additions, make changes, upgrade to a bigger tank... just you wait! Take it slow and good luck, looks good so far.
