just purchased 34 gallon with 110 watts 1/2 flouresc, half actinic with fan and timer. two PHs 150 gph each . considering buying a hydro koralia 300 gph addl PH. sump with built in heater filter / protein skimmer. i plan purchasing a refractometer and electronic ph tester

will use DW and red sea max coral mix as supplied with the unit unless comments are negative and aragonite bottom

will purchase from Aquarium Arts (cal)50 lbs of fully cured tonga rock ????
anybody have experience withh them looks great on line

i assume then after a few days i neede advice on a cleanup crew and then wait for things to settle and then hopefully slowly blossom before adding any livestock

i previosuly had a 150 gl salt fish only tank and need help. i live in an apartment now so a fully contained unit seemed workeable and DW can be delivered easily

you need alot more than a few days before putting clean up crew in tank, more like a few weeks, even with fully cured lr. i had contiplated buying this same system, till i tallied everything else i would need for it. i guess a grand for a system is cheap

when having on lR i the tank how would you operate the lighting until th tank is cycled fully
