ok first if you want to have fish again then your going to have to wait,6months is a long time, but it will give the ich time to starve and die.i would wait about six weeks and in that time turn your temp up to about 82 degrees.with out qt there is going to be a chance that you'll end up with ich or some other diease, and will end up losing all fish again.as for lights what kind do you have now?basic rule is to stop and slow down.if you dont you will be wasting money and killing off poor fishes.oh and if your going to upgrade your lights dump the seaclone and get yourself a better skimmer.HTH

this will have to be done slowly bringing the temp up one notch every few days.my tank temp is at 82 and i have no problem.feed your fish lots of garlic extreme and vitamins,to help build there immune system and fight the diease.or setup a qt tank and treat with coppersafe.NOTE DO NOT ADD COPPERSAFE OR ANY OTHER COPPER-BASED MEDICATION DIRECTLY TO YOUR TANK!.any equipment that you use in a qt tank should stay in a qt tank.

ok tap is bad and you'll need to get your self an ro unit.a qt tank is a tank you set up seperately(nothing fancy) and you'll be able to put fish in there so that you can make sure there not infected and if they are you can treat directly.its aka a hospital tank.what i would do first is invest in good lights, good skimmer and an ro unit(ro unit first).once you have these things you can get started on a sump.but for now focus on getting your fish better, and getting an ro unit.

I see you didnt believe in what i told you. You are going to fast and your biggest problem is that you are using regular tap water. If you want to add fish do so but they will not live. U are just gonna kill them. LIke i said wait 6 months. If you are inpatient then this is not the hobby for you. Go with freshwater fish or even brackish they are much easier to take care off. Patience is the key to success. good luck.
