I ran my 120 FOWLR with two NO strips. I recently upgraded to pc's and what a difference. While the fish don't really care what lighting they're under, the vibrance is really enhanced with better lights. It prolly boils down to how much you want to spend, but seeing the difference, I won't be going back to NO any time soon.
