How much Rowaphos in the reactor??? HELP

Just got everything set up and am about to put in the Rowaphos into the reactor. How much do I need to add for a tank with 50gal of water and a 15 gal sump? I'm no idiot But for some reason I'm having a brain fart and don'r understand the instructions. HELP ME PLEASE

don't put in more than 1 inch. fine tune the flow till the top is slightly "bubbling"-i.e.(tiny particles on the top floating up a bit)
rowa is more powerful than phosban. use less n instead change often if po4 is not controlled.

Ok Mike did that. Now how do I know when to dump the media in the chamber and then start adding more?

check your po4 level or just change monthly. if i see my algea growth increases, that may be an indication the rowph need to be change.

Test your PO4. Numbers will tell you when to change it. Or you can be as anal as I am and change it biweekly or no later then monthly. I also have another phosban reactor I run carbon in, and I change that out weekly.

How much Phosphate media do you run in the chamber on a regular basis? Right now I have between an inch to two inches of Rowaphos.
