after some time of abandonment in my acuarium i started to see lots of orange worms, they are green in body, many sizes, from 1/4 inch to an inch, with arms bright orange that reach everything next to them, i'd like to know if they are a good thing or kind of pest, so i can remove them, i thing they're stressing what's left of my corals, please help

I honestly have no idea what those may be. Here is a link to the hitchhiker database identification page here at reefs.org, which has many pictures of creatures.

It's possible you're describing Timarete spp., small burrowing worms that feed on detritus. Without a picture it's pure speculation.
