Hello All:
Does anyone know of a triggerfish that is reef safe? In my old fish only live rock tank I had a Clown Trigger for about 10 years. It was quite entertaining. I miss the animated activity. I presently keep a 125G Reef with LPS, Zooanthids, mushrooms, and the following:
Yellow Tang
Blue Hippo Tang
Blonde Naso Tang
Six Line Wrasse
Royal Gramma Basslet
5 Blue/green Reef Chromis
Algae Blennie
Mandarin fish, male

Probably one of the safest bets would be a blue jaw, or perhaps a crosshatch (big bucks). I'm not sure I would wholeheartedly trust any trigger with small fish or inverts. Most are predictably unpredictable. They also contribute significantly to the bioload due to their feeding habits. Personally, I think you're well stocked as is, and adding another medium/large fish could rock the boat.
