I was looking around in my tank Reef tank tonight with a flashlight and noticed a couple little "worms" wiggling in the light. They were following the light and they were right against the glass, not in the sand above it several inches. They're tiny maybe 1/4 inch and very very thin.

What are those? Are they worms? What do they do? Are they bad? Did they come out from the LR?

It's very unlikely that they are bad. They are probably very beneficial detrivores. There are many types of animals that fit that description, even some snails (Vermetid).
