Mag Drive 24 Pump WAY TOO LOUD!!!

I finally got my stand today. The guy at the store did all of the plumbing. When I turn on the pump, it shakes the whole house and makes a TON of noise. I've tried playing with it - moving it in different spots in the sump and it still over-powers our TV.

Any advice? Should I take the pump back and get a smaller one? Different brand?

I would recommend taking it back and get either the mag 12 or 18. From my recent experience, there is no way to quiet the mag 24. The 18 can even be a little noisey depending on its application.
