Help - Too much light??

A quick query for you, I'm a uk new starter and planning a nano tank.

its approx 24" x 12 x 14" - I have a twin T5 compact - 55w the tubes are 50/50 white/blue. Will this level of light be too strong??

I've been advised this will be fine - can you please let me know your thoughts to put my mind at rest?

That should be fine for that tank.

What corals are you planning on keeping?

Not too sure just yet. I'm wanting to get the rock, critters and crustaceans running before I think about coral. I'm taking this all step by step.

Then hoping to have 2 small fish - maybe clowns and possibly a goby.

Honestly, you could probably keep everything except some of the more demanding SPS in there.
