The best way to treat a fish for Ich is hyposalinity. Put the fish in QT and slowly bring the salinity down to between 1.014-1.010 for a minimum of three weeks. Then slowly bring it back up. If you put the fish back into the same tank that has other fish though, it wont work. Its all or nothing with the fish in that particular tank as the Ich will still be hosting in them if they arent treated as well. I have never done this myself. MY tank does have Ich. I simply add my fish and let nature run its course. I try not to stress the rtank after a new addition and have yet to lose a SW fish from it. Hyposalinity is a proven method though.

you must have to keep the salinity down for over 2 months then...cause it didn't work for me. the only thing that worked perfectly was to remove the fish and copper dose him in another tank.

If you readup on the life cycle of Ich you will see that life cycle is three weeks. You must have had the Ich growing somewhere else in the tank and when you reintroduced the fish the Ich was there to reinfest the poor fish. As I stated, I have never tried this but it has been documented as a guaranteed method of treating Ich.

i did some reading and what i gather is that ich has a lifespan of 1 month, however if you take one fish out to treat and leave other fish in the ich can continue to survive.
i think you need a fishless tank for 1 month and you should be good.

look at the thread for yellow tang ich problem in this same forum,
I aint typing all of that again.
