I think you may need a few more snails, but you can add them later. Check your levels prior to adding critter, your cycle may not be done yet. With a tank that small if it were me I would add the fish one at a time with two weeks or so between them. Also, I would wait to add the shrimp until after the snails had been in the tank a week or two.

Ditto everything Wazzel said. One thing I will suggest though would be to whittle your fish list down to 2. I have a 12 gallon nanocube, and I have experience with all 3 of those fish, although they were ocellaris instead of true percula, and yellow instead of green watchman. In a 12 gallon cube-ish tank there isn't much variety in aquascaping options, and it is hard to avoid having a center cluster of rock with only one or two openings, caves, or ledges. Both the watchman and gramma will spend the majority of the day hiding in these caves/ledges/tunnels. If you dont have enough for them to establish their own territory in they may harass eachother. Also, grammas in general will become territorial and even aggressive after being established for a number of months. Being confined in a 12g tank with 2 other fish might just elevate this. If it were me, I would go with the clown and goby. The goby will be on the bottom and the clown out in the open. Either that or just the royal gramma, or the gramma and clown. But, this is just my opinion from my experience. Every individual fish is different and you may get 3 that love eachother. Either way, I would recommend stocking slowly, one fish at a time, and leave at least 2 weeks between additions. I would add the gramma last, as they are the most territorial of the three. Good luck, and post some pictures when you get a chance.
